Challenge
A medical-insurance claims process needed a dedicated internal tool to capture, track, and resolve reclaims instead of ad-hoc spreadsheets and email.
Approach
I built almost the entire frontend and used it as the first real implementation of the Asegurame UI design system — proving the library in production while shipping the tool. Along the way I mentored juniors and helped onboard new team members.
Outcome
A working claims admin that handled real medical-insurance reclaims and validated the shared design system as the base for everything that followed.
